Frequently Asked Questions & Shipping Information

When will my order for baked goods ship?

All orders placed on this site are of top priority for us and we strive to ship the freshest and the quickest we can. Here in Wyoming, winter can be a struggle to ship because of the road closures during a storm. We will always be in contact with you if there is a delay in shipping due to weather or other extreme situation. Once your order is in the hands of the USPS, it is out of our control…see estimated delivery topic for more information. Baked goods ship on the following schedule:

  • Orders placed Sunday through Wednesday are shipped that Friday.

  • Orders placed Thursday through Saturday are shipped that Monday.

When can I expect my order of baked goods to arrive (estimated delivery)?

We ship using USPS Priority Mail. As soon as your order is placed and a shipping label is generated, a tracking number will be added to your order. From Wyoming, we have seen most orders be delivered, on average, in 4 days tops. Some locations receive their package in as little as 2 days. Please follow the tracking number you are provided and use the contact form if there is any problems with receiving your package.

I received my order and the items are room temperature. Is that a problem?

While we do ship our items frozen, that process is simply in an effort to extend the shelf life of the product once you receive it and NOT required for it to be considered “shelf stable”. If you receive your items within 7 days from the ship date, no matter the temperature of the items, they are safe to eat. If you do not plan to eat your items for 3-7 days after receiving them, refrigeration is recommended. Your baked goods can be refrozen up to 6 months to extend their life even further. Any frostings can be refrigerated up to one week. Refreezing of frostings is not recommended.

Do the baked goods contain wheat, soy, dairy, tree nuts/peanuts, eggs, dyes or other allergens?

We are currently working on several recipes for gluten free baked goods. At this time, all baked goods do contain wheat, dairy, sugar and sometimes tree nuts/peanuts, as well as other potential allergens. While we work extremely hard to prevent any cross contamination, in particular when it comes to nuts, all baked goods are made in a facility that does contain and bake with nuts, wheat, dairy, eggs and other allergens. If you have a specific allergy question you are advised to use the contact form to ask those BEFORE placing an order.
